Grace is a Vice President in the Compensation Consulting group based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Grace’s responsibilities include compensation planning and structuring for both publicly traded and privately held companies and assessing various elements of compensation programs, including employment and severance agreements and compensation disclosures.
Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, Grace served as a Senior Consultant on FTI Consulting’s Executive Compensation and Corporate Governance Solutions team, where she assisted both public and private companies on a wide array of compensation and governance matters. Prior to this, Grace worked as a research assistant for Harvard Business School analyzing the economics of compensation within private equity firms.
Grace holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Boston College, a Master’s in Business Administration from Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business, and an M. Phil in Finance from The City University of New York. In her free time, Grace enjoys cooking, hiking, crossword puzzles and practicing calligraphy.
