The right individual has the ability to be highly self-sufficient in this role over time.  While local and corporate resources are available to assist the HR Manager, daily and strategic activities should be largely self-directed.  As a result, a highly motivated, qualified and effective upward/downward communicator is primed for success in this opportunity.
